Kindergarten, Room 111

Hi, my name is Rachel Meehan.  I am a kindergarten teacher at Cameron.  I have been teaching in CPS for twenty years, the majority of it in kindergarten.  My passion is in teaching children to read and incorporating the arts into all subject areas.  I am a strong believer, that children learn through play and that school should be fun!  I work really hard at making sure all my students feel like they are important and belong.  Working together with my students' families to make sure they have an amazing, successful year is my top priority.
